You can raise a request for cancelling & Returning your order.
We will accept 2 Days refund & 5 days Exchange from the date of Delivery.
For Return customers need to raise requests within 2 days after the product delivered. For exchange customers need to raise request within 5 days after product delivered. Raise refund or exchange request from our app and website also you can mail us on our registered email address Support@marurang.in or Call on +91-8282829098 or 8282829698

Once you raised refund and exchange request we approved the request within 2 to 4 Days. Once the Request is approved.
In Case of received wrong product or product missing and tattered cloth from our side then We pick up products from your doorstep.
The Refund will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the product back - in good condition. if customer requested for exchange same will be delivered after pick up.
If customer fails to provide valid proof like unboxing video of product, We reserve the right not to accept or cancel return and exchange of products Also We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you) On successful return only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.
Ones you place Exchange this order is not eligible for refund and exchange further, once we received the product our Quality Control staff will check these products. Apart from anything not as per products as previous conditions Like Price tag, box, packing conditions we CAN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PROCEED REFUND.

 

* Order Cancellation Policies - If your order cancelled by seller or cancelled by you and order is prepaid full refund will be deposited in your bank account in 4-5 working days after receiving of your payments also in certain cases if Marurang not able to provide delivery of the product (such as product out of stock or other reasons) or not able to provide delivery in given timeline will be intimated to customer by our support staff through call or email,
if order is prepaid full refund will be transferred in your bank account within 05 to 07 days.

In certain cases above given information may be vary as per situation return and refund policy may be vary according to seller and perticular product we shall not be liable for any dispute.
